for over forty years. Our firm is experienced in providing a wide variety

firm consists of individuals who are professional, motivated and
determined to continue to provide the high level of service our clients
have come to expect. We have extensive experience working with both
Public and Private companies as well as Not-For-Profit Organizations.
Our
firm is registered with the Canadian Public Accountability Board (CPAB).
Accordingly, we act as auditors for numerous Canadian public
companies. We also act as
accountants for a large number of Canadian and US public companies
providing services such as preparation of quarterly and annual financial
statements. These services range from full bookkeeping services, to
assistance with the preparation of financial statements, including full
note disclosures in accordance with Canadian or US generally accepted
accounting principles.
